Adult learners gain empowerment by being engaged in the learning process. Understanding student goals, achievement levels, and learning preferences can inform instruction and create community within the classroom. This course will focus on using a variety of classroom strategies to drive instruction, promote engagement, foster learning and meet Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requirements.
